These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game Find Difference with AI (the "App"), provided by Astroah Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Find Difference with AI is a spot-the-difference puzzle game. You compare two images and tap the differences between them. The App also offers optional features, including saving local progress, an in-game hearts (energy) system, advertisements, and the ability to submit your own images to be considered for new puzzle stages.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Core gameplay does not require an account. Certain features, such as submitting your own images, require signing in with a supported provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
The App uses "hearts" as a play resource. Hearts are consumed when you start a game and regenerate automatically over time up to a maximum amount. Hearts and any other in-app items:
The App allows you to upload images ("User Content") for possible use in creating puzzle stages. By submitting User Content, you agree to the following:
You can delete a pending submission within the App. Removing content from the App does not obligate us to delete copies retained for legal, backup, or safety purposes.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Astroah Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App may display advertisements and rely on third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and Cloudflare). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroah Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its features at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
