Fruitris (the "App") is a fruit-themed puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, the App does use third-party services for analytics and online leaderboards, which are described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only. This data does not leave your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App:

• Your best score and number of games played
• Your remaining lives and their refill timing
• Your language preference

2.2 Analytics Data

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the App and to improve it. Firebase Analytics may collect anonymized, aggregated information such as:

• App usage events (for example, game start and game end)
• Approximate device information (device model, operating system version, language, and general region)
• A randomly generated installation identifier that is not tied to your personal identity

This information is processed by Google in accordance with the Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy.

2.3 Leaderboard Data

If you choose to submit a score to the online leaderboard, the App transmits your game score to the leaderboard service so it can be ranked against other players. The App does not attach your name or personal identifiers to the submitted score.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

• Save and restore your in-game progress on your device
• Understand aggregate usage trends and fix problems (analytics)
• Display leaderboard rankings when you choose to submit a score

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your information with third parties except with the service providers that make the features above possible:

• Google Firebase — for analytics
• The platform leaderboard service — only when you submit a score

These providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

5. Internet Connection and Permissions

The App requires an internet connection to send analytics and to submit or view online leaderboard scores. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

6. Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics data is retained by Google Firebase according to its data retention settings. Submitted leaderboard scores are retained by the leaderboard service for ranking purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• You can clear all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App.
• You can limit analytics collection through your device's operating system settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" and analytics controls).
• Submitting a score to the leaderboard is optional and only happens when you play a game while online.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The analytics data collected is anonymized and is not used to identify individual users. 9. Security

We rely on the security practices of Google Firebase and the platform services used by the App, and we implement reasonable measures to keep the App operating securely on your device. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
